Our partner team attended the 2023 gala, a meaningful event
that left us all with the inspiring message of “Choose Joy!”.

AI BOOTCAMP

The Mark Cuban Foundation’s AI Bootcamp is a free Intro to Artificial Intelligence camp for underserved high school students. Headstorm is proud to be a founding sponsor, and even more proud to have taught at the inaugural bootcamp in 2019. Each year, Headstormers have the chance to volunteer alongside data science experts from across the nation to help give students an amazing first experience with AI.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Assemble is a nonprofit organization and community space for arts and technology education located in Pittsburgh’s Garfield neighborhood. Since 2011, Assemble’s mission has been to build confidence by creating approachable opportunities for learners of all ages to engage with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) based activities.

FOOD PACKING

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) believes hope starts with food. FMSC works with food distribution partners that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development. FMSC meals are developed by food science and nutrition professionals to supplement nutritional needs and reduce problems with malnutrition. Nutrition allows children to grow, thrive and develop to their full potential.

RESCUING LEFTOVER CUISINE

Headstorm caters breakfast every Friday morning as part of our Headstorm University presentations. In 2022, we partnered with RLC to reduce our food waste and transform it into meals for our local community.
